I hated to workout indoors, until FBBC

This week marks my one year anniversary as a client of KVFBBC. I have always been an "outdoor" person, preferring to get my exercise through activites such as cycling, skiing and hiking. I always had a membership at a gym, but attended only as a last resort for fitness, when weather or other circumstance prevented me from an outdoor pursuit. I was usually frustrated by the inconvenient and inconsistent group fitness schedules, or the need to show up 30-60 minutes before a one-hour class, just to ensure I had a spot---who has that kind of time to waste? Not me. This became even more of a hassle when I became a new mom. I needed something that was fast and with which I could be consistent. By the time my daughter was 18 months old, I had enough with the frustration of not reaching my pre-pregnancy fitness level, and felt my gym was not providing what I needed. I had even looked into their personal training options and was appalled by the cost for the "training" I would receive.
Luckily I found FBBC. I had my doubts that I could really get enough benefit from just one 30 minute workout per day, but within a week I was hooked. The total body tabata approach has made me stronger than ever, and the friendly, supportive atmosphere created by Sean and his team keep me coming back every day---I now enjoy working out indoors! Imagine!
I don't measure my success by the numbers on the scale like I once did.
My body shape is somewhat different since the birth of my child--I accept that. But within the first six months I was finally fitting in to most of my pre-pregancy clothing. I Reached My Goal Weight
