Jonathan is super fun, funny and friendly. He motivates you and works you without making you feel weak. He encourages you and makes you believe in yourself. My favourite was when I said "I cannnnnn't'' and he asked "you can't or you won't?". And voila, did it!
Besides the physical training, Jonathan also talks to the group and motivates the group, not only to help them achieve their goals, but also guide them to become better people. The class itself is great, too. The 45 minutes fly by so fast! The training isn't so tough that you feel like you're dying but it's tough enough to challenge you and you can totally feel it the next day. I love this boot camp! It's too bad they don't have drop-in rates as my regular work schedule doesn't allow me to come enough every month. If I am available, I will definitely come everyday. Thanks so much, Jonathan! Before starting Vancouver Fit Body Bootcamp, I'd go to the gym, I also went to an outdoor bootcamp, and I even have my own elliptical machine. But what I have found that makes VFBB better is that the workout is ALWAYS different. It's the appropriate amount of strength training and cardio. Although I haven't lost very much weight wise, I have lost inches around my waist, hips and thighs which is more important than what the scale says because that means I'm losing fat and gaining muscles. I Reached My Goal Weight

I started Fit Body Boot Camp after losing over 65 lbs. but I still had 25 lbs. to lose before I reached my goal weight. Within weeks of starting FBBC I started seeing results I hadn’t seen before.
